FedExForum, 7 p.m.

TV, radio: SportSouth (Ch. 52 digital cable or 60 on Comcast, Ch. 650 DirecTV, Ch. 452 Dish Network), WRBO-FM (103.5)

Records: Grizzlies, 10-21; Phoenix 17-12.

LINEUPS

Grizzlies: Kyle Lowry , 6-1, O.J. Mayo , 6-4, Darrell Arthur, 6-9, Rudy Gay , 6-8, Marc Gasol , 7-1.

Suns: Steve Nash, 6-3, Jason Richardson, 6-6, Grant Hill, 6-8, Amare Stoudemire, 6-10, Shaquille O'Neal, 7-1.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

Phoenix leads the league in field goal percentage for the fifth consecutive season. Defensively, the Suns allow 36.1 points in the paint per game, which puts them among the top five in the NBA . The Suns, though, are looking for more production from their bench ( Leandro Barbosa, Matt Barnes, Robin Lopez and Louis Amundson ), which combined for just two points in the Christmas Day loss to the San Antonio Spurs.

THE SKINNY

The Grizzlies have lost their last nine matchups with the Suns. This is Phoenix's longest active winning streak against an opponent. Phoenix has averaged 117.4 points per game during that stretch. The Suns ended a four-game road losing streak Monday at Oklahoma City with a 110-102 victory. Memphis will play its fourth game in five nights after Monday's 108-98 loss to Minnesota.

THE QUOTE

"Every team is dangerous, and we're certainly not in a position to take anything for granted." - Suns coach Terry Porter on playing the Thunder, Grizzlies and Clippers this week.
