--Memphis has dropped seven of its last eight games with Denver. The Grizzlies are 3-24 all-time on the road against the Nuggets. --Don't be surprised, considering the Grizzlies' overload of guards, if they make a deal sometime this season. But it won't be for Al Harrington, the Warriors' disgruntled power forward.
As for as the Griz are concerned, Harrington's contract is too much (more than $19 million remaining), he's too old (28) and he's at a position (forward) where the Grizzlies are full.
Harrington's salary, which is $9.2 million this season and $10 million for 2009-10, also would void the Grizzlies' salary-cap flexibility they're counting on over the next two off-seasons.
