Memphis Grizzlies Roster Report 2009-10-29ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Mike Conley, Shooting guard O.J. Mayo, Small forward Rudy Gay, Power forward Zach Randolph, Center Marc Gasol. Bench -- Guard Marcus Williams, Forward Stephen Hunter, Center Hasheem Thabeet, Forward DeMarre Carroll, Guard Sam Young, Center Hamed Haddadi, Forward Trey Gilder.

PLAYER NOTES:

--C Marc Gasol got off to a fast start, with 21 points and 15 rebounds against the Pistons. Gasol, who lost 40 pounds in the off-season, looked fresh from start to finish. But coach Lionel Hollins wasn't impressed.

"It's not all about scoring," Hollins said. "He (Gasol) didn't guard anybody, he didn't block any shots."

--F Zach Randolph came close to delivering a double-double in his Grizzlies debut, with 14 points and nine rebounds.

--F Rudy Gay's night including 16 points (on 7-of-12) shooting with just one free throw attempt.

"We didn't come out like we were supposed to," Gay said. "We're a young team, but we've had a whole training camp and preseason."

MEDICAL WATCH:

--G Allen Iverson is nursing a partial hamstring tear and missed all of the preseason and the season opener against Detroit. He has been cleared for contact practice on Thursday, but it is not known whether he'll play on Friday against Toronto.

--F Darrell Arthur is out for four months after surgery to repair a partially torn pectoral muscle.
