Memphis Grizzlies Roster Report 2009-11-16

Memphis Grizzlies Roster Report 2009-11-16ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Mike Conley, Shooting guard O.J. Mayo, Small forward Rudy Gay, Power forward Zach Randolph, Center Marc Gasol. Bench -- Forward DeMarre Carroll, Guard Sam Young, Guard Marcus Williams, Forward Stephen Hunter.

PLAYER NOTES:

--F Rudy Gay, who leads the NBA in total minutes played (398), had 19 points, five rebounds and six assists, and he switched the game's momentum with a thunderous dunk off a fast break in the third quarter.

--F Zach Randolph missed out on his usual double-double, scoring eight points and grabbing seven rebounds. Still, he's tied for the league lead in double-doubles with six and is on pace to double up 55 times this season, which would destroy the season franchise record of 41 set by Shareef Abdur-Rahim in 1999-2000.

--C Marc Gasol didn't miss a shot in scoring 17 points and grabbing 16 rebounds. "I felt I let down my teammates in Houston," Gasol said of a poor road performance last week. "I had to do better."

MEDICAL WATCH:

--C Hasheem Thabeet, who has a hairline jawbone fracture, did not play Nov. 14. He plans to practice Nov. 16.

--F Darrell Arthur is out for four months after surgery to repair a partially torn pectoral muscle.
